How does it work? What are the benefits?
When you list a home for sale, you generally hire a photographer to photograph the home and build a Matterport virtual tour. When you hire us to provide these services, not only do you get a full set of professionally delivered photographs and a Matterport tour, but you also receive a 4-Point inspection performed by a state licensed inspector.
This helps you find critical issues that can prevent closing before they cause delays in closing.
Below are some frequently asked questions. Click on the question to view the answer.
Cleaning. You want the home to look clean. The way it looks at the time we arrive is the way it will look on camera. We strongly recommend putting away personal photographs, personal documents, and personal / intimate items prior to our arrival. While we do our best to notify you should something be left out by accident, what we consider personal and private and what you consider personal and private may differ.
Windows, floors, countertops, mirrors, toilets, and showers should all be clean. Beds should be made. Toys should be put away as best as possible. Family photographs are generally best to be put away if they're not hanging on the wall. Shoes should be put away or organized to the best of your ability.
Essentially, you want people to envision the home as if their family were to be living in it. Showing the homes layout and decor in a way that's impersonal helps people see themselves living in your home.
